  Oh Happy day! This place is amazing! I just happened to wander in here as I was on my way to a matinee and wow, what a fantastic surprise. I had spicy beef noodle soup with all steak. Seriously full of flavor and better than most I've had in various Chinatown restaurants in multiple cities. Great job guys! I almost injured myself trying to kill that whole bowl ;)

  Glad there's a place like this inside of Palace Station! I like a good Banh Mi sandwich. I ordered the lemongrass chicken that was abouwith about a couple dollars add-on of a fried egg. It took about 5-10 minutes for them to make.
  
  The sandwich was warm and delicious, but I wish it were bigger (longer) just like the place I get my Banh Mi sandwiches from on Spring Mountain Road. I'll get it again here though because of convenience.
  
  I don't think they have combos because I wasn't offered one, but asked if I wanted to order a drink, which I didn't because I already had beer. That's another thing I like,... it is by one of the bars.
  
  The service was good as I went on a Saturday early evening. I will return to try other items.

  Located in Palace Station, Mumfresh provide for some fresh and tasty eats on our lunch break...
  
  Mumfresh ambiance & service:  The newly renovated location is food court like and shared with another walk up resto.  Plenty of seating, contemporary design feel but most importantly the facilities were clean.  Friendly service with the soft spoken cashier and they give you a buzzer when your food is ready.  Orders with an add on fried egg take a little longer because they make it fresh for your Bahn Mi sandwich.
  
  Mumfresh cuisine:  I had the #34 Vietnamese Cold Cuts Bahn Mi sandwich and added the extra egg and it was fantastic.  Everything was fresh: French bread, meats and veggies.  Everything was packed in well to make this heavily flavored sandwich easy to eat.  I highly suggest adding the fried egg.  My crew had the #35 Spam teiryaki Bahn Mi and the Pork Rice bowl.  Everyone was happy with their dishes and we were already talking about future visits as we were leaving.
  
  Mumfresh lives up to their name with the freshest ingredients in everything we tried.  This is restaurant quality food in casual food court type of setting.  I'll be back to try the soup bowls but that's another story.  Enjoy!

  We tried this place out while staying at Palace Station. Wish they had one at the mall in Henderson. I ordered the grilled chicken with vermicelli noodles to go. It was delicious. Perfect amount of protein, carbs and vegetables in one bowl.
  Highly recommend if you're in the area and want to eat a quick meal instead of junk food.

  Amazing service!!  Sister recommended this pho eatery.  Had beef pho, it was delicious, not spicy at all!!  Ordered taro boba & that was yummy too!!  So glad we tried this even though it's fast food, it's really yummy!!!
